.....well spoken the FTM is the biggest load of rubbish...I am having a top computer trouble shooter install the FTM disc ...your computer may need updated 'service packs above 3 or something......my opinion is throw the load of rubbish in the bin...Ancestry.com should get them- selves sorted out ..the answers from support you get, are PATHETIC!!!
