yes there are many Garramones in the Denver area!
if your gran came over in 1905 she cant be the same one im looking for.but that's good too because my Angelina Garramone was convicted of capital murder in 1911 for the murder of Mrs Maria LaGuardia. she killed a hand full of others as well.
