yes thanks, I have Mary Jane Cornish born in Taunton, Devon in 1839 but someone told me that she spent early years in Germany where her father William may have been posted with his wife Hannah (nee Tutton). Mary married Robert 9/5/1855 Richmond, Tasmania, he being from Co Kings which is now Co Offaly, she died Tasmania in 1920. he was born 1825 and died Tasmania 1893. His father was possibly James Kelly in Ireland. Haven't found the parish marriage record for Tutton and Cornish but it could be in the 1830's. I have convict record for Robert and he had dark complexion and as 5 foot 2 and a quarter! I can't see what kind of larceny it was for but he got ticket of leave.
