The first answer to come to mind to do this is print screen.

"... or are you saying...highlight text from printer friendly, then copy and paste into the notes field?"

This is what I quite often do - to the "Research Notes" tab in the Notes area at the bottom of the Person Tab of the People Space, along with the url.
