My Blackwell's end with the next generation. My 4x gr grandmother was William and Rebecca Blackwell's daughter Rebekah (spelt various ways throughout her life).
I have a book by David Hall called 'Wollaston Portrait of a Village'. It has a table showing Wollaston people at the time of the inclosures. On page 132 it says "Rebecca Black [family first appeared at Wollaston] 1762, tenant". This is our Rebecca there is no William as he had died in 1782. (The 1762 is is not right is it as Rebecca was baptised there in 1759.)Do you have her burial (Rebecca Blackwell nee Ekins) at Great Doddington 1826?
All the best
