Hello again. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org
. As I mentioned, my father Everette Clyde was one of the children of the second family.Carroll was 50 when he married Ethel at 18. Carroll deeded the homestead to my grandmother, thinking he would die before she did. She died very young, so the land passed by the old inheritance laws to Curt, the oldest son of the second family. Curt died with the land passing to his oldest son Dennis. Dennis has since divided the land in a more equitable manner amoungst the surviving children of the second family (all alive except Curt.)
Dolores (Pat) is in Nassau. Lowie lives in Australia. Cyril is on Long Island. Winnifred lives in Toronto in the summer, and on Long Island in the winter. My father Clyde lives in Nassau, but is retiring to a home he built on the old homestead land at Deadmans Key on Long Island.
