Difficult to say. Looking in my CDs, the patronyme LAFUENTE is found non only in Navarra and Pontevedra but also in Albacete, Lugo, Valladolid and Viscaya. If you have more details, I'll be glad to search in my CDs. It will help to have both surnames, that is, the father and the mother's last names.
