I just got my results and am totally delighted! I've always been told that I am 100% Scandinavian, back 5 generations for sure. I found out I'm 59% Scandinavian and 41% Finnish/Volga-Ural (which I had never heard of). What does this mean to me? That I am not of single (boring) background; not 100% Swedish. I have this exotic new ancestry that I can explore. My husband is going to take the test now and all of his people come from the Mediterranean area. Our son is excited to get these results. He will have a wonderfully diverse background. What a fun hobby!
