I am looking for information about Col Ebenezer Thayer's Fifth Suffolk Regiment, which was mentioned many times in the many-volume "Massachusetts soldiers and sailors of the revolutionary war." Samuel Johnson of Balltown, Maine was on a list of men raised to serve the Continental Army. Thayer's Regiment supposedly later joined Col Henry Jackson's Additional Continental Regiment (later 16th Massachusetts).

Any information or advice would be appreciated.
