Mike, you are welcome.
Dr. Wright's book gives much the same data for the earlier and subsequent 'Establishments' of the Continental Army as in your wonderful find, but not details such as pay scales (which you can, however, readily retrieve from the payrolls). Unfortunately the Library of Congress' material from the Congress is a bit too abridged to be that much help.
