I have an ancestor who fought at Brier’s Creek. He enlisted in the Revolutionary War from his father’s home in Mecklenburg Co, NC. (I suspect it is now in Union County, NC. His name was John McLaughlin/McGlothlin.

He originally went to Roger's Fort on the Ogeechee River under Col. Samuel Jack's command. He fought and was wounded at the Siege of Savannah.

He also fought under the command of Gen Thomas Sumter.

I would love to have a copy of those soldiers at Brier’s Creek.
