Hello, I have been told that there are no such records. The Cheraw District no longer exists. The modern day county which composed most of the Cheraw District is Chesterfield County. The Chesterfield Court House was burned twice, once early on and then again during the Civil War. A Branch of My Harris family also ended up in Chesterfield County and I found this out while trying to research them.
