I have finally found proof of Sgt. Samuel's Ware ID, in the VSL, it seems that Samuel Ware, Nov., 1811, Middlesex Co., Va., filed a Letter of Attorney with the county clerk giving John B. Jesse the power to persue a claim for a Land-Warrant for his service.

Richmond, Va., Dec. 1811, received
of the Register of the Land - Office a Warrant for 200 acres, of land #5986, to Sam. Ware

Wm. Munsford John B. Jesse
Attorney for Saml. Ware

Thank you all for your help!

Wendell
