Here is another link. I didn't find it before because this
one spelled Phillip with one L:

There are quite a few entries. Someone is bound to have a good source. You can find the others with this
http://wc.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi and try Phillip & Philip. I came across so many named Phillip Vass--it seems to be in more then one family so it makes finding the right one difficult.
