Austro Hungarian Army Forum in UK

I occasionally visit an Austro Hungarian Army Forum that is based, I think, in the UK. It is called "the Austro-Hungarian Land Forces 1848-1918".
Recently the web page changed and is now hosted by "yuko" (similar to our Yahoo?) and since that time I have been view the web site and the page says I'm signed on but I can't add anything to a topic that I started.
Does anybody know this site & perhaps can shed some like on what I'm doing wrong?
