WW I Records and Veteran's Administration

Classification: Military
Surnames: Carr
My great Grandfather Thomas Evans CARR, an English immigrant to America served in the Canadian Army during WW I. He returned home to Newark, New Jersey after his discharge. HE later suffered dimentia or "shell shock" as result of his service.

How do I find his military record and if he ever received any disability for his service and such?

Thanks, Doug S.
