I am searching for information on my Grandfather. He served in the Second World War - He was a submarine detector. He was stationed in Halifax. I can't find any record of him serving...The navy says that he didn't serve with them, and he was probably in the merchant marines. If any one knows how I can find info on him, please contact me at lynnsamms@nf.sympatico.ca
