78th Highland Regiment ( Fraser's Highlanders) 1757-1763
I am looking for any information on a member of this regiment(surname GLOSSOP, given names unknown, born in Scotland) who fought at the Plains of Abraham in 1759.
Family history says he was a Paymaster Seargent with the regiment. He was received a bayonet wound during the battle but recovered.
Any help would be appreciated, I have had no luck finding any information on this man beyond what his great-great grandson recorded.
