Land Grants to Braddock's men?

Surnames: McDonald McDaniel
I had heard that there were land grants to the men who came over from Britain to serve under General Braddock, or possibly to colonists of VA who volunteered to go with him.
Does anyone know of where I might access such records (if they exist)? I suspect an ancestor served with him and would like to get verification.
