Wondering where I would find information on where this specific regiment 'fought'.
New York Provincial Troops - Captain Bull's Militia
My ancestor, Gotlieb Niver (listed as Goodlife Niever on the muster rolls) enlisted 4/4/1758. Would this mean that he fought at Ticonderoga? Were all troops from this region (possibly Montgomery, Orange Co NY) called up? Would love any leads - thanks- Diane
