Bisley Shooting Prize

Classification: Query
I have a silver teaspoon that was apparently won by my Dad as a shooting prize at Bisley during the 1920s-1930s. He was in the Coldstream Guards at the time. The spoon is very ornate, with the end of the handle showing a shooting target over a powder horn with a crown and crossed rifles above, all surrounded by a laurel leaf. There is more patterning along the handle.
Does anyone know how (or if) I can find out when this prize was won and what level of prize it represents?
