You will have to contact the WASt:

Kepp in mind that the cost per page is quite high, although files are usually only a few pages.

Incidently, according to the German War Graves database (http://www.volksbund.de/graebersuche/content_suche.asp) there are two soldiers with the surname Muschkat with known burials:

Nachname: Muschkat
Vorname: Adolf
Dienstgrad: Schütze
Geburtsdatum: 08.12.1920
Geburtsort: Gudinen
Todes-/Vermisstendatum: 19.05.1942
Todes-/Vermisstenort: Nördl.d.Str.Kiestinki-Louchi

Nachname: Muschkat
Vorname: Nikolaus
Dienstgrad:
Geburtsdatum: 1927
Geburtsort:
Todes-/Vermisstendatum: 13.04.1947
Todes-/Vermisstenort: Kgf. in Krasnodon bei Woroschilowgrad

Hope this helps,
Ken
