I tried to find any uniform that is like that and didn't find much online. I did find however you can ask "experts." Unless you run into an expert on here I don't think you'll get a good answer. You could post that pic to these people on the link I provided and see what their input is. Other sources that I think that may help you would be a antique dealer or a historian that specializes in military history. Hope this was of some help to you.
