For the right street no. and the postno. for Berlin, you can find a site from the Bundesarchiv on www. Look under google and you can find also the address of this archiv.
There all documents of the nazi aerea you can find, also papers about members of the fashist SS and NSDAP into the former Berlin Document Center.
