I've spoken to the Librarian at Lackland - he was very nice. But I had a feeling that there was a large storage area at the base that was filled with old photos, and maybe they just don't want to go through them...I did have some luck in obtaining a few photos by contacting someone who served in the same unit. Have you tried doing that? See if they have a facebook account, or if you can find them on ancestry.com. The photos I received are not the 'professional' one that I'm really looking for, so I'm still on the hunt. Good Luck!
