Surnames: Weber, McIntosh
Two of my great uncles, Russel F McIntosh and Floyd Weber, served in the merchant marines before, during WW2 and after WWW2. I am wondering where I can find records for their Merchant Marine service. I have searched but don't know where to send for their records. Thanks in advance for your help.
