My Grandfather Salvador Nunez was from Spain. He was born (I believe, not 100% sure yet)in 1869, I don't know the year he came to Mexico. That's all I have on him for now. I'm wating on information on him from an aunt (his daughter). I don't know if he had siblings or if he was married or had children before he married my Grandmother. I know that when my Grandfather came to Mexico when the "foreigners" got off the ship(s) the males were imediately made Mexican citizens and enroll in the army and sent to fight. I don't know when my Grandfather rode with Villa. My Grandfather was missing his thumb nail, him and Villa had a few on them (drinks) and while playing with their guns (I don't remember the name of the game) one of Villa's bullet injured my Grandfather. I'm trying to find Mexican Army enlistment records from the late 1800's to early 1900's. P.S. I wonder if we could be related :)
