As far as the man mentioned on the Marriage Certificate is concerned, I think you've answered your own question when you said,"(word unreadable)RHA Living at Barracks Woolwich"

The unreadable word is likely to be Gunner, Driver or perhaps Trumpeter, but RHA can only refer to Royal Horse Artillery and Woolwich is the home of the Royal Artillery.

What was his full name, age and where born?
