16th Infantry, First Division, 1910-1930
My grandfather, Francis E. Mann, served in the First Division from 1910-1930. In 1910 he was at the Vancouver Barracks in Washington State. I believe that the 16th was at Ft. Jay in NYC after WWI but that is all that I know. Would anyone be able to guide me to a source of information on the 16th at this early time in their history
