Rosters of Army Reserve Officers 1930's

Can someone tell me how to find names of Army Reserve Units in Michigan (Detroit area) and Texas (El Paso area) that were active in the 1930's up to 1941. Would they have rosters of officers who served during that period? Need to reconstruct service record of someone who served (now deceased) but who never applied for benefits. Any help is appreciated.
