Looking for information on a Missouri Regiment that after the war, some of them may have settled in Western Alabama. My ancestor, John G. Trosper, settle in the Alabama/Missisppi line. He lived in Noxubee County, MS and Pickens County, AL. His pension record for the war was issued in Pickens County, AL, 1891
