John H. Hill and Martin Hill Michigan civil war soldiers
I am looking for records of John H. Hill and Martin Hill (brothers), they fought for the union with a Michigan unit. They were born in New York but by 1860 they were living in Lapeer Co. Michigan with their Parents. They should have been in their late teens early twenties when they enlisted. I know that John Hill married a Cynthia Skinner in 1872 and Martin Hill married a Betsy Bennett. I would appricate any information on these two brothers, for example what units they were in and perhaps pension records if possible.Thank You
