Thomas Sedley - Civil War veteran

I am trying to acquire any information available on Thomas Sedley an Australian born Civil War veteran; relating to his life, family, descendants and especially where he is buried. All I have is that Thomas Sedley was born in Australia. His residence was not listed, but he enlisted as a 23 year old Private on 12/22/1863 and was mustered into "F" Co. New Hampshire 11th Infantry. He was listed as missing in action at Petersburg, Virginia on 6/17/1864; but no further record, date or method of discharge was provided. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated as I want to add him to the Memorial Website www.acwv.info.
