Hello Deborah,
sorry, no Bright's listed in the Union or Citizen's list in the Fort Delaware book i have. They have a Bright, MD listed under Confederate dead but he was with the 46th AL as a private in C Comp. He was captured at Champion Hill 5/16/63 and died 9/11/63. Wish I could be more help.
