Roster of Dead Named on the "Confederate Mound"--Camp Douglas

I am wondering if anyone knows of a website that lists the Confederate dead that are buried at the "Confederate Mound" in Oakwood Cemetery in Chicago.
These people were Confederate POWs interred at Camp Douglas, Union prison in Chicago.
My 3rd Great Grandfather was held for 18 months until his death in March 1865, just a few weeks before the wars end, from smallpox. I would very much like to know that his name is listed on the bronze plaque on the Confederate Mound.
Can I assume that there are no individual markers for any of these soldiers, just their name on the plaque....if known.
