John Ryan, Company A, 25th Illinois Infantry
I am looking for any information on John Ryan who enlisted into the Union Army on 6/1/1861. He was assigned to Company A of the 25th Illinois Infantry on 8/4/1861. He recieved a disability discharge on 3/27/1863. I am trying to find out if this John Ryan is part of my family tree so any family names or anything on his background or fate would be very helpful.
