Classification: Query
I am looking for any information available on John Blain. Information relating to his life, family, descendants or what ever will help me find out where he is buried. All I have at present is John Blain was born in Australia, but his residence was not listed. He enlisted as a Private into the Company “F”, Pennsylvania 30th Infantry on 7/10/1861. He was promoted to Corporal on 3/1/1863 and to Sergeant on 3/1/1864; being transferred out of the 30th Infantry and into Pennsylvania’s 190th Infantry on 6/1/1864. Any help will be appreciated. I want to add him to the Memorial Website www.acwv.info.
