Hi Barbara. Nice to meet you. Yes, my post WAS quite a while back and I have found a bit of information on the Duncans since that time and have what I believe to be MB's father and grandfather and a bit about them. I haven't gone back any farther than that. I have LIzzie in my tree, but never pursued her line. I just noticed that I DO have a marriage record from the SC Baptist Deaths and Marriages, 1866-87, compilation which states "At the residence of the bride's mother, Feb. 6, 1883, by Rev. C.T. Scaife, Mr. W.J.D.Williams of York County and Miss Lizzie Duncan, of Union Co., SC." It looks like all of the Duncan daughters married at home.
