Wm. McIntosh, 12th Reg WV Infantry

Surnames: McIntosh
The Beaverhead Co. Montana Museum has a Civil War Record for William McIntosh, b. Taylor Co. WV (or VA). He was age 22 in 1865. Enlisted in the Union Army at Grafton, VA in 1862, mustered out at Richmond, VA. We do not know if he has any connection to Beaverhead Co. Does anyone know anything about this soldier?
