I am searching for information on Charles de Choiseul who served with the Louisiana 7th Battalian as a lieutenant colonel during the Civil War. He was mortally wounded at Port Republic, Virginia and is buried in Flat Rock, N. Carolina. I need his place and date of birth and mother's name. Any additional information would also be appreciated.
