Could you check for Charles Heaxt who was on the UsS Delaware in 1834, US Shark in 1835 stationed in Port Mahon, Menorca, Spain. He was on the USS United States in 1837 then he was transferred to the Charleston Navy Yard in Boston in November 1838. He married a Spanish girl in Mahon in Feb 1835. We have been unable to find out what happened to him after 1838. We have contacted the Spanish relatives and they never heard from him after he left there in approximately 1837. He had a son Mateo whom he left behind along with the spouse. Anything you can find will be appreciated.
