What a wonderful site with interesting information. I have been using "Soldiers of the King" by William Gray, but obviously not everyone is included.

Questions. I noticed that there are Middaugh and King in the Militia. Would they be related to Constant King from Augusta and Martin Middaugh from Osnabruck? I seem to remember that old Martin died in Trafalgar.

Do you have more information on Peter Updegrove? He received a military grant in Halton in 1819, probably because of service in war of 1812. I am trying to figure out if he is related to James Updegrove of Etobicoke.
