Thanks for the info! I would love to have the website that lists where the regiments were formed. I have gotten copies of Nahor's military record so I have a few tidbits of info from that. He, of course, never filed for a pension nor did he have a widow that filed for one. I have good info about where Nahor was from 1820 on, but not much except for the military service before that and no clue as to who his parents actually were.
