Emmitsburg Area War of 1812 Honor Roll ?

Classification: Military
Surnames: BOHAM
Cap. George Flautt's Co. of Riflemen served as a detachment under the command of Lt. Col. William C. Miller of Cecil County. Referred to as the 1st regiment and stood guard at Ft McHenry for 3 weeks. Discharged 6-29-1813.
I can't find any info on this regiment and I am wondering how they came up with the names on this Honor Roll. I find a relative listed (Peter Boham), but it could have been spelled differently Bonham/Boehm/Bohan and they wrote it correctly. I don't want to chase after a wrong name. I find nothing in the 1812 military rolls or nothing on this regiment.
Any suggestions.
