David: For what it's worth, my husband's g-g-grandfather's brother, William Moore from NYC, is shown on the "US Army, Register of Enlistments", as having served under Capt M D Denver's company (could have been "Danver"). Under remarks:
"Remarks: RR Dec 1814, DR of Capt M D Denver's Co. Feb 16, IR Feb 28 & Apr 30, 1815-present." He was part of the 29th US Infy."
