Surnames: White, Blonthiel
I am a descendant of John White who originally entered the US from France about 1801 under his birthname of John Blonthiel. He changed his name to John White and became a farmer in the vicinity of Punsxutawney, PA. He fought in the War of 1812. He is buried in the Punxsutawney, PA cemetery along with his wife Kezia and one of his sons John who fought in the Civil War. I do not see any mention in the list that I have of his descendants of the name Perry G White, so perhaps there is not a connection that you are seeking.
