If I try to obtain this file what will I learn from it. ERNESTINE (ABERCROMBIE) PEARSON FIELD was the widow and not sure what the application would have asked her. I am most interested in finding the parents of JOHN FIELD (b. PA - and according to his daughter's death record, b. Phila.)

ERNESTINE's first husband was ROBERT H. C. PEARSON who also served in the War of 1812, but for Kentucky.
