How to obtain copies of Enemy Alien Registration Affidavits

Does anyone have any expericene in obtaining their ancestors file? I have all the information from NARA's website on my two ancestors who registered in Kansas. Just need to know how to go about obtaining the records and what all is involved....paperwork, cost, time frame, etc.
