He’s not listed on the American Battle Monuments Commission web site so his remains were repatriated after the War. So what you need is a copy of his Burial Case File.

Have a look at this site http://www.roangelo.net/angelo/soldiers.html#Soldiers-War it mentions what records you may find including the BCF.

What will be of particular help to you is the book that’s mentioned listing Pennsylvania’s 7,898 war dead – Soldiers of the Great War; if you can trace a copy it should give Charles Tyson’s unit and possibly more. That will be the key to tracing other named records.
