served in ACTIVE DUTY during the war I wish

My father was discharged (CampKilmer)Dec.16th 1945 flew to
New York then Chicago then a train to Milwaukee, Wisc.
Captain Carl David Karczewski / Army / Infantry
Landed in Normandy / one of the first 6 men to land
was decorated after the war / fought in the "Battle
of The Bulge" Am writing a book--need your stories
need your dad's stories--compare to see if your dad
was anywhere near my dad. Please. Thank you.
